For years, 4 the Betterment of Me has partnered with local agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations to deliver direct services, health outreach, and prevention programming across the Chicago metropolitan area. Through hands-on engagement and trusted partnerships, we meet individuals where they are and connect them to the care and resources they need.
